These terms apply to your use of the Orrery Lane website and to purchases of "Your Full Orrery Lane Reading" (the "Reading"). Orrery Lane is operated by Worldunities LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying the Reading you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who may use Orrery Lane

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the site or buying the Reading you confirm that you are.

2. What we provide

• Free chart. A chart based on the Human Design system, calculated in your browser from the birth details you enter, with short descriptions.
• Free daily card. A free page (/today) that shows where the Sun is on a given day, with the times it changes in your time zone, a question to reflect on and a short note when something in the sky touches a gate in your chart. It is computed in your browser, needs no account, and is a prompt for reflection, not a forecast.
• The Reading (paid). A personalized written reading for the birth moment you submit: a description of the sky at your birth, look-back statements about past patterns drawn from your chart (which you can mark Yes, Somewhat or Not really, with your answers kept only in your browser), plain-language sections on how you decide, work, rest and relate, lean-into and ease-off lists, seven days of small experiments with a private note for each, and our written explanations of the type, authority, profile, definition, incarnation cross, centers, channels and gates in your chart. It is shown as a web page immediately after payment is confirmed and can be downloaded as an HTML file or printed to PDF. It is a digital product. Nothing is shipped.

3. For self-reflection only

Human Design is a symbolic system. It is not scientifically validated (see About Human Design). Orrery Lane gives you prompts for reflection. It does not predict events, diagnose, treat or advise. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and you should not rely on it for decisions about your health, money, safety, work or relationships. Talk to a qualified professional about those. Orrery Lane is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jovian Archive or any Human Design organization.

4. Price and payment

The Reading costs $1.99 in US dollars, tax included, as shown at checkout. That is the full price: we add no extra fees. Payment is a single one-time charge processed by Stripe. Stripe handles sales tax and may appear as the seller of record on your receipt. Nothing renews and there is no subscription. We do not store your card details; Stripe does.

5. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and online: after Stripe confirms your payment you are returned to a page that builds your Reading. If that page fails, use Recover a reading or email us, and we will deliver your Reading or refund you.

6. Refunds

You may ask for a refund of any Reading within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. We refund the amount you paid minus the payment-processing fees our payment provider does not return to us (about $0.40 on a $1.99 Reading; the exact amount is shown on the refund). If the fault is ours (the Reading did not deliver, you were charged twice, or our calculation was wrong) we refund the full amount including fees, and if you entered a birth detail incorrectly we rebuild your Reading for free. 7. Accuracy of the chart

We calculate with care and describe our method and its tested accuracy on the How we calculate page. A chart depends on the birth date, time and place you enter and on historical time-zone records, which can be wrong or missing, especially before 1970. If your details are incorrect or uncertain, your chart will be too. You are responsible for checking them. Please contact us if you believe there is an error.

8. Your license and our content

The text, chart drawings, design and code of Orrery Lane belong to Worldunities LLC or its licensors. When you buy the Reading, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, download, print and keep it for your own use. Please do not resell, republish or scrape it. Third-party components are credited on the How we calculate page and used under their licenses.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to bypass payment checks, overload or probe our systems, or use automated tools to reproduce our content.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and the Reading are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or the Reading is limited to the amount you paid for the Reading, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Florida have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. 12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change does not affect a Reading you have already bought.
